With trenches ‘as at’ 15, August, 1918. Noted as a ‘Positions Map. 17-8-18’ this sheet details dozens and dozens of hostile batteries and contains many other impressive features - for example the Sapignies Switch line. Sapignies itself and Courcelles are approximately in the middle of the map which carries a depiction of the ‘Approximate British Front Line, 9am - 17-8-18’.The map also shows the location of ‘Hostile Battery Positions visible on photographs’ and areas ‘containing Hostile Battery Positions not yet located by photographs’. The batteries are all numbered (AX36, AX27, for example and AY16). The letters are from the square on the map, of course, and in AX there are more than 30 batteries.

Your prints and frames will be handmade by King & McGaw at their Sussex workshop.

Unframed orders are shipped within 5 working days (normally shipped next day).

Framed orders are shipped within 20 working days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return it within 28 days for a refund.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on custom prints unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. Custom prints are exempt as they are made to order.
