This image is very special to us at The National Archives as not only is it based on one of our documents (BT 43/101/313051) but we also have a pair of resident swans who live here in our grounds.
This stunning pure silk scarf was inspired by an 1877 wallpaper design by Walter Crane held at The National Archives.
